Issue assigning header to portfolio category

Hello,

I seem to be having problems simply assigning a header to my portfolio category. It works for every other category but not the new one I created. I’m not quite sure where I’ve gone wrong.

I’ve recently updated both the theme and wordpress so nothing is out of date. I’ve gone through the process of disabling plugins and those don’t seem to be the issue.

Would appreciate some guidance on how to fix this - info in the secure note.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found the issue you described but unfortunately, the issue can’t be replicated into my local environment.
I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I have checked your staging site thoroughly and found that you have assigned the Headers to Portfolio Item Portfolio Category using the Single option, but it needs to be assigned using the Archive option. You can find that after scrolling down from the Single option.
