Hi,

little problem i cannot solve (i did this 1mio times before…)

Here is the scope:
https://www.nicolaisen-partner.de/
Created unique ID for page sections --> arbeitsweisen
Created custom links in Menu (/#arbeitsweisen)

But the inks is no working properly. It´s just jumping to startpage, but not into the targeted section…

How can i solve this, please.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that the Hashlink has been added with the slash and that is the reason behind your issue. The link has been added to the menu is https://www.nicolaisen-partner.de/#arbeitsweise/ which needs to be https://www.nicolaisen-partner.de/#arbeitsweise.
I would suggest you update it from the Menu and check if that resolves your issue. If not please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

right! But when use from come from https://www.nicolaisen-partner.de/publikationen/, it shows “https://www.nicolaisen-partner.de/publikationen/#arbeitsweise”, that´s strange… haven´t had this before.

Hello @cyrock,

You need to use the absolute URL as your href of the menu item which means that you have to replace the #arbeitsweise into https://example.com/#arbeitsweise.

If this does not help, kindly provide us your WP credentials so that we can investigate further. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
