Issue Activating the Theme Update X Version: 7.0.4

Hello support,

Every time I press “click here to activate” I get the “Cornerstone activated!” message, but then after a refresh or when any other tab is clicked I get the same message “You’re almost ready to start using X. Please click here to activate the required Cornerstone plugin.”

I also just received an email from Wordpress stating:

Also the extensions aren’t showing (see attached img).

Hey There,

I’ve investigated your issue and it looks like your hosting provider’s firewall is blocking the contact to our server. Please get in touch with them and ask them if there are any firewalls that would prevent our theme from contacting our validation server. Thanks!

Hello,

I have contacted my host provider and the IP from theme.co is not blocked. I inspected all the plugins by deactivating all of them and reactivating each one to find out that a plugin named WC4BP is causing this issue. I’ve deactivated and deleted it and was able to update the theme with no issues.
