Is X Theme double tracking my Google Analytics?

Hey,

I suspect GA has been installed twice somewhere on my website and double-tracking my traffic.

I proceeded to disable all my plugins and cleared the browser and WP cache (therefore disabling the Header and Footer where I installed my GA tracking code).

I then went on GA real time report, and traffic was STILL being tracked.

Does this mean my analytics is being double-tracked? Could the duplicate code be somewhere in X-theme? If so where would it most likely be?
