They want the spinny circle to spin as they come on. Is this something I can do?
We don’t have the same animation exactly, on sections you can set “Fade In effect” as you can see in this screenshot:
Also, the theme is bundled with “WPBakery Page Builder” (it comes for free) which has a premium add-on (not free) with more than 100 animations you can see here:
I believe these are the two choices available for you besides of course hiring someone to develop this custom animation for you.
