Is this possible for section header?

I have a full width header for my section but the content is within a container (see pic) I would like to place an advertisement in the area marked with a red box, is that possible?

This is doable but will need further theme modification/customization which is beyond our support scope, it might even need developing a custom plugin to achieve that.
