Is there an seo option for cornerstone

I’m trying to edit the alt text or add an image attribute to the images within cornerstone. Doesn’t appear to have this option available, unless I’m missing something. Thank you

Do you mean the image elements do not have an Alt option? Please check the screenshots below.

If that is the case, since I see you’re using the latest version of X and Cornerstone already, would you mind reinstalling X and Cornerstone and switch to the parent theme? I see that you’re using a child theme so there might be custom codes in there affecting the image element.
