Is there a way to use pro builder without pro theme active

I am trying to use a new theme that I have for a new site but have a lifetime license of the pro theme and want to keep using the builder but not necessarily the theme for this particular site. Can this be done?

Thanks for reaching out.
The Content Builder is integrated into the theme as a part and only work if the Pro is activated. If you still want to use the page builder, I would suggest the Cornerstone plugin which is the same as the Content Builder.

Thanks for the quick response. Is the conerstone plugin not available in the wordpress repository anymore? Attempting to install now on the backend doesnt download and has a “Installation failed: Installation package not available.” error.

I see here that it is supposed to come free with a purchase of the x theme: https://theme.co/cornerstone
Is it not the same case for the pro theme?

Hi Jhon,

Cornerstone and Content Builder are the same, but Cornerstone comes with the X as an individual plugin, and the Content Builder is integrated with the Pro as a part of the theme. As the Content Builder is implemented within the Pro, it works only if the Pro is activated.
