I have a web client that wants to see if there is a way to make images on their website non-clickable so people can’t right click and save them…is that possible?
There are a number of plugins to watermark, or copy protect images and content. You could also design the page(s) to put the images in the background, with an overlay image that makes it harder to right-click.
Just know, all one has to do is inspect the element, or look at the source of the page to find what they are after anyway.

Thanks for writing in! @xRae is correct in saying that you will need to install 3rd party plugin to prevent anyone from copying your image. Perhaps these links might help you:
