Is there a way to make automatic updates for Pro work for Multisite?

We’ve used Pro for many years and want to keep on using it as long as it’s supported. We’ve always did our updates manually by renaming the theme folder and uploading the latest version’s.

Our WPMU install never offered an automatic update unlike most other themes we used.

Latest at the moment is: Pro 6.4.16 - April 8, 2024

Is there a way for us to have automatic updates? Or it’s just not compatible with MUs?

Thanks for reaching out!

In general, if a theme or plugin is network activated in multisite mode you can’t auto update. At the same time, Pro doesn’t work well with updates in multisite mode and you currently have to manually update here.
