Is there a maximum number of inner rows containers/content bands that can be used?

I am seeing the following error after I have used a number of content bands inside containers etc.

Can you please explain what may be causing this and how to resolve it?

Hi,

Upon checking, I can see your elements are kind of messed up in the backend.

Try to delete those elements and add it back again.
