Is the Pro upgrade an annual or one-time fee?

Hello. Last May I purchased a Pro upgrade to X for $49. I believe it was a ONE-TIME fee. But today, I just bought another license for X for another site and was given the offer to upgrade to Pro for $29 PER YEAR.

  • Have the terms changed?
  • Was my May 2023 purchase a one-time fee?
  • If it was, is there an opportunity to purchase another Pro license upgrade for a one-time fee?

The only way to have a one time fee is by purchasing our bundles. I confirm with our management that your purchase last July was one time. If you want to know more about our bundles, you can check this out.

If you’re quick you can still take advantage of the Black Friday bundles. You’ll get Pro Unlimited for a one time fee.

Hi Marc. The bundles are far more than I need, so do I have this right… my upgrade to Pro last summer was a one-time fee, but now, just a few months later, it’s an annual subscription?
