Is Pro and X the same thing?

I purchased X and when I went to validate it on my WordPress site, it said it was already in use. However, when I went to manage on the Themeco site, it showed I had a license for Pro for another one of my sites. The license codes for Pro and X are different codes. So, why can’t I get X validated on site and have Pro validated on another? Additionally, am I unable to use X on my site without validation? Or will it still function?

Hey Ramon,

I checked your account and you only have 1 license and that is upgraded X license to Pro license so you cannot use the X license anymore. Please use the Pro license key to validate your site.

If you use X to your site, it will still function but you cannot update it nor install our extensions and bundled plugins. You also cannot update X using Automatic Updates of WordPress.
