Is it possible to use WP Forms for my email form?

I do not need Mailchimp, ConvertKit or GetResponse for my site. I want to use WP Forms email plugin.
Is this possible?

Welcom to X theme. Yes using Contact Form by WP Forms can be use of course. Although this is a third party plugin and support should be directed to the plugin developer.
