Is it possible to use the Renew stack's slider navigation style in Ethos?

I would like to use Ethos as my stack, but use Renew’s slider navigation style ( flex-control-nav / flex-control-paging )

I was wondering if this is possible, and how I would achieve it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the style of one stack in another.
