Is it possible to rollback to previous version?

Hi, since the update my site has died.

Class triggers are not working. The Grid is not working.

I have a private members site and without these functions nobody can log in.

Is it possible to roll back to the previous version (before the BIG update) to try to find out what’s going on?

Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

If you have backup then you can use that to easily rollback the changes. You also have the option to download stability release version 4.6.4 from members area. I am also sharing the download link in secure note.

Once you have rolled back the changes, I suggest you to create a staging site and copy the files over there and update the website. In case any issues comes up, you have the option to troubleshoot the issue without effecting live website.

Must have been a glitch… I slept and now it’s working!
But… I’m definitely having a staging area from now on!

Glad to hear it’s working now.

I was perhaps the cache of your site that was not cleared that’s why some functions are not working as expected.
