Is it possible to hide/show sections while scrolling?

Hi, I want to hide sections and show them, section by section, when Users scroll down. Like a little parallax effect. Is this possible?

While something like that would be achievable using Javascript, it’s not something that could achieve natively with the theme, and thus, would fall outside the scope of theme support.
