Is it possible to have product filters displayed horizontal across the page instead of vertical down the side of the page?

Hi, I’m currently in the middle of doing a WooCommerce site using Pro and my client has seen a site which has the product filters going horizontally across the page above the products - instead of the usual position of down the left or right hand side of the page. Is this possible to do horizontally with your theme? Also do I need a plugin to do this?

Here’s a screen grab of the site with the filters going horizontally across the page, their website is https://uk.gymshark.com/collections/hoodies-jackets/womens - I’ll put the URL to my site in a secure note as it’s being built on a temp link.
