Is it possible to have one slider inside another, that moves independently?

I have a slider nested within a slider as shown here: https://share.zight.com/Jru5lrlb. I would like the one in red and its navigation arrows to not move the slides for the one circled in blue. Is this possible?

You can add an inner slider as per the screenshot. But it is not clear what exactly you are trying to acheive here. Can you please explain a bit more so we can suggest this?
