Is it possible to have dynamic ajax-style filtering of looper results?

I have created a looper, which displays info from a custom post type (with ACF pro fields) and sorts them in order of HP (a number).

What I would like to do, is enable further (ajaxy?) filtering - e.g. show only HP 200-299, or resort by year, or country. Is this something that is possible?

Cobbled together something by using isotope.js and putting some dynamic content into hidden (with CSS) text fields for now
