Is it possible to have an angled vertical divider on the right side of a column?

Hi, I’ve been using the divider for the top or bottom of sections and wondered if it’s possible to have an angled vertical divider on the right side of a column? I’ve uploaded a mock up for you to see. I’ve looked for a plugin but can’t find one, it looks like it’s usually built in the theme!
