Is it possible to have a WooCommerce site with a section of products that will be for hire without the ability to purchase and a different section with products to buy with an add to basket button?

Hi, I’m going to be starting a website using your theme and WooCommerce for a Tool Hire company. They’d like the function to sell products on there in a shop, and then to also have a selection of products available to hire but to not have the add to basket option - so the hire section will basically be like a catalogue showing the product, options for length of time to hire with the price etc but without the ability to purchase anything.

Is this possible to do?

Yes that is possible. If that is what you need, we can use ESSENTIAL GRID to display your products. Using the plugins’ skin editor you have the freedom to create listing of products you like and add content that you need without the link to add products on a basket. The editor offer options to add information about the products. This way you have total control unlike woocommerce where specific design is set depending on the stack you have chosen.
