Is it possible to have a Global Block as a Header on every page?

Hi, I’m using X Pro and I’ve always found it difficult to use your Pro Headers - getting it to work responsively and how I want it to, is really difficult and confusing. It’s far easier with how the columns work on the page layouts, as you adjust the widths as you want depending on the screen size. I create my footer with global blocks and then add script to the functions.php file to get it to be applied to all pages.

I’d like to know if it’s possible to do the same but with a header and if so, are you able to let me know what the script would be to do so, as you originally gave me the the script to do this for the footer.

Thanks!

Hello @core365,

Thanks for writing in! Yes, it is possible to use Global Blocks in the header. As a matter of fact, we have a global block element that you can add in the containers for your custom header bars. You still need to insert a bar and a container before you can add the Global Block element.

With global block, you can design your section, row and columns. Layout the columns how you would want them to display in different screen devices by utilizing the column layout option in the row settings. To learn more about Global Blocks, please check this out:

Best Regards.

Hi @ruenel,

That’s excellent, really good to know, I’ll be using that from now on!

Thanks!

You’re welcome!
