Is it possible to change the shapes of the navigation pagination icons?

Is it possible to change the shapes of the navigation icons? How would one achieve this with the current theme I have and settings, etc.?

It is not very clear what exactly you are trying to do here. If you are trying to change the Sub Indicator icon in the Navigation, then you need to change the Icon option from Navigation Inline > Top Links > Sub Indicator as shown in the given screenshot.

If that is not the case, please explain it a bit more for further assistance.

Refer to image. I’m wondering if we can change the nav shapes from circles to hexagons (just another shape). Is this possible?
