Is it possible to build broken grid layout with cornerstone?

For example the grid that you see in the image below:

Can cornerstone achieve the result in the image using only native control options? If no, is it possible with custom css?
Finally if I try to achieve that with custom css, what would be the negative side effects of this (website speed, seo, etc.).

Thanks for posting in.

That’s only possible with custom CSS and the downside is, it’s not going to be responsive. It has the artistic layout that needs to maintain and responsive design isn’t very good at that.

Hence, if you’re going to create something like that, I recommend creating it from scratch so it won’t be affected by responsive design (which of course, will need a lot of fixing if you include the existing responsive layout)

You may wish to contact a developer to properly implement this.
