Is it possible to activate an x-theme license on my pc for local development and start that as the staging site? and If yes how?

I mistakenly installed x-theme on a hosted server about a year ago and activated the license to have full access to live updates and access to the x-theme extensions etc. I never developed it beyond changing some of the settings through the Customizer.

I would now prefer to develop the site on my Macintosh computer using MAMP Pro localhost. Themeco only allows access to the extensions when you activate the license which I have already done on the live host server.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to transfer the activated license to the local MAMP Pro server on a computer for site development purposes or as noted in licensing description as a "staging site? I am also wondering if I do that, then want to migrate the site back to the live host server once fully developed, does the regular license permit me to do that? or would I be required to purchase yet another license?

Last of all, is it possible to activate a new license when developing locally on Macintosh Computer using Mamp Pro localhost server? If yes what are best steps to do that properly?
