I don’t have any current issues to troubleshoot, I just want to take a minute to shout out the incredible team at ThemeCo. I bet everyone reading this has been saved at least once over the years, waking up to a solution for a problem they posted about before they went to bed.

Pro, Cornerstone, and X (we all started there) are powerful, elegant products that give novice “developers” like myself tools to make beautiful sites. This forum is every bit as impressive. We’re a big, demanding group with beginners and experts, friendly people and not-so-friendly people.

In every thread I’ve ever clicked (and there have been hundreds) I’ve seen nothing but patience, respect, grace, and brilliance from Prakash, Rue Mel, Marc, Charlie, and the rest of the support team. I hope I’m speaking on all our behalf when I say thank you.

I completely and wholeheartedly agree with you. This is truely a great global model and an awesome team with an amazing dollop of humility and respect. I have shared this story with many and have learnt so much. God bless you all.

Id like to weigh in here and also add my gratitude for the support and patience of the team. I’m not a pro developer, Im just a solopreneur and Ive struggled to get sites working, even doing some basic stuff in the past. The team have been a huge help throughout.

Ive paid for extended support because I know Id be really stuck without it sometimes.
