Is cornerstone needed?

I use the visual composer , do I need to have installed the cornerstone if I do not use it . Or the theme could work perfectly with visual composer ( without install the cornerstone) thanks

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, the answer is YES, X requires the Cornerstone even if you don’t use it.

But why though? We strongly recommend of using Cornerstone as is it the native content builder of X.
