I’ve used this theme for several clients, and I’ve had sooooooooooooo many problems with Contact form 7. I’ve spent so many hours troubleshooting several different problems in the past. I don’t even remember all the steps I’ve taken, and I’m sure the support crew here is sick of people bringing it up.
I built this particular client’s website (http://www.ibjja.com), spent hours troubleshooting the form submission error and finally fixed it. Months later, it randomly started sending emails straight to my clients junk folder without warning (costing him business). After many more hours troubleshooting, I fixed that problem too. It just stopped working again, red error. And I’m just soooo over it.
I want to install something that will work consistently. This is arguably the most important element of my client’s website, and I’m terrified that this form will just stop working again without warning, costing him business, and costing him money. Totally unacceptable, and of course this falls back on me. (And the guy is a black belt in Jiu Jitsu! I don’t wanna get beat up!)
I’m willing to pay for a plugin, I don’t care. I just need something that works, doesn’t need to be fancy. My client even has an SSL Certificate on his website (not sure if that helps anything). I just can’t afford to have an unreliable form on his website any longer.
Is there any direction you can point me?
