Invoice & License Transfer

I need a copy of the invoice for Pro that I purchased directly from Themeco on September 27, 2021.

There’s a link to a receipt in an email but it goes to a 404 error.

I also need to transfer this license to another user but I don’t see a way for someone to create a new user.

Please assist. Thanks.

Hi Benjamin,

Thank you for writing in, on your licenses page, unlock the license that you need to transfer

Once a license is unlock, it can be use to register a new Themeco account and that license will be transferred to the newly registered account.
