Invalidating / retracting a license for a migrated site

Hi there,

A customer recently did a dirty deed and ‘stole’ the website with Duplicator without authorization. I would like to know if it is possible to invalidate a single site license for a website that is ‘migrated’ away.

So:

• I was building a website with license ABCD
• License ABC is validated for domain test.com
• The site is copied to a new domain other.com
• I want to make sure license ABCD is not valid for other.com

Thanks for writing in!

You can go to your Themeco account and make sure that the license code is assigned to the ABCD or test.com site. Even if he copied/cloned the site, since the license code is not assigned for the other.com, he won’t be able to update the theme.
