Internet Explorer Broken Site

We just launched a site and realized it is completely broken in Internet Explorer. Headers are messed up and so are some placements. Can you help?

Thank you for writing in, it looks fine on my end? Please clarify the issue and what version of IE? Also try clearing your browser’s cache.

We looked on IE 11 on a computer at the office and the Decades text stretched completely across the screen and the header logo on the inside pages were messed up (huge and going into the first section) until I switched it to scaled and even then it aligned left. All of this was brought to my attention by the client after we moved it who said it looked wrong and distorted.
