Intermittent issue with icons

This happens quite often on all of my Pro sites and the page needs to be refreshed for the icon to go back to normal. Is there any way to prevent this? Thank you!

  1. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  2. THEME UPDATE
  3. CHILD THEME
  4. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  5. DISABLING CACHE
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY
