Interference with WPCharitable Plug in

I’m using WPCharitable https://www.wpcharitable.com for my fundraising: we’ve run into a slight glitch that has been isolated to Theme Pro. Something appears to be interfering with the post_content of a custom post type, stripping shortcodes out of the content.
When I create a donation campaign, and add the shortcode, on the website side, if I then go into the admin area to edit the campaign, it removes the short code and vice versa.

Thanks for reaching out.

The Pro or cornerstone doesn’t remove any shortcodes, but if you happen to create your content through Pro/Cornerstone builder and and decided to edit the content through Wordpress editor, then decided back to edit in the builder again, then yes, any changes you made through Wordpress editor will be removed. It shouldn’t be done that way, if it’s edited through the builder then must still be edited within the builder. It’s not a conflict, you can’t just really bypass the builder’s content through Wordpress editor and add your own content, it will break the builder so the builder only loads what’s been there before your content.

If I’m not correct then please provide a procedure on how to reproduce this issue
