Integrity Stack - Footer

Using the Integrity Stack in my blog, for some reason it is not displaying my footer correctly. If I change to a different stack like Ethos, it will display my footer correctly, in it’s entirety.

The issue is a button that does not pop up in my light green bar in my footer. See screenshot and red circle indicating where button should be. On the rest of the site my footer is displaying correctly, just not this page.

Help?

Hi Kimberly,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the page and found that the Button is appearing while resizing the screen horizontally. After investigation I found that the Offset value for Top and Bottom is 10%, and that is why it shows while the screen sizes decrease.

I would suggest you adjust the values and check if that resolves your problem or not. If the problem does not happen to other stacks, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

The odd thing is that problem, does not occur with other stacks. Please see below for details to view the backend and to hopefully resolve.

Hello @marketimpress,

After changing the Stack from Integrity to Ethos, you will have to PURGE your CDN cache first before testing the site again.

While troubleshooting the issue, kindly temporarily remove the Effect you have applied to the Button and test your page again.

Best Regards.

Just retested the page again after removing the effect on the button, purged the cache and still have the same issue, the button is not showing up on the BLOG page still.

Hi Kimberly,

I have checked the blog page and found the Button is appearing perfectly fine. As my colleague suggested, please check once by clearing all types of cache including the System Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear System Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Thanks for your continued help in troubleshooting. I cleared the cache as shown above, still no button. But then I cleared the individual blog pages cache and the button now appears!

Hello @marketimpress,

Glad that things are well for you.

Thanks
