Can I remove it? What parts does it affect?

Hello Ujjwal,

Thanks for writing in! If in Cornerstone > Theme Options > Stack, you have selected Integrity stack with the Light Design, then it is not advisable that you remove the file. Please check out this documentation instead on how you can speed up your page:
