Integrity Light and Dark design question

Ok, so I have the dark design enabled so I can have a dark nav and footer (nav bar has a shadow.

But I dont like how the blog looks, I would prefer it if the blog was the light design.

Now, would it be easier to change the whole thing to light, and mod the footer color and nav bar shadow?

Or easier to mod the blog to be the light design?

Please let me know how.
