Under Integrity Header Logo & Navigation Layout, how to I set it to Stacked for desktop, but Inline for mobile?

By default, we have a Logo & Navigation Layout which you can change in X > Theme Options > Header > Navbar > Logo & Navigation to be “Inline” or “Stacked”. This sill will be applied to both desktops and mobile screens.
Regretfully what you have in mind is only be possible with custom css. We are unable to provide CSS code for this customization as it is outside of our support scope. We only cover getting your site setup, bug fixes and minor cosmetic changes. If you are more interested in having control over all aspects of the footer I suggest that you consider the Pro theme which has a Header builder and you can use various elements to create a header.
