Integrity demo Video missing on Safari & Chrome browser

I used the Integrity Demo 1 - my websites video shows on Firefox but not on Safari & Chrome browser? Its not too large and difficult to download. Don’t understand why a black background has replaced my video content on the other browsers? Pls can you advise?

I could see that you’re using the cache plugin. Could you please turn off the minify CSS/JS option?

All the CSS, JS files have already been minified, so you don’t have to minify them again.

If it doesn’t help, would you mind providing us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

• WordPress Admin username / password

Thanks for updating the thread.

If see that you are using WP Rocket cache plugin and minification is active. Please turn off the the minification feature and then clear cache. Please take a look at following article to turn off minification.

Along with that please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
