Integrity Demo - Experts Template

In the Integrity demo there is an image of experts that utilizes multiple images. My developer says this is a single image that was built for the demo. I believe it is a template which can pull from multiple images. Which is it? If the latter can you point me to the template? What are the image dimensions?

The image dimension is 559x559 pixels.
