Integrity 09 Question

Hi,

I recently started building out my site and have decided to use Integrity 09 Demo as my template. My question is how do I remove the “TEXT” at the top of each menu option? Ie. I have created several menu options (About Us, Service, Manufactures etc.). When I go to begin to create on the page at the top of each in BOLD letters is “ABOUT US” or “MANUFACTURERS” etc. I don’t want these text visible on my site.
