Integrating Posts into Tab content field

Hi there all,

I am using the Tab element and I would like to let them guide you to specific Articles categories.
The Tab Setup lets you edit Label and Content, each of which in text or HTML.

How can I find and set in that specific HTML code ?

Thanks for writing in! Can you please explain a little about what are you trying to do? You may send us an example URL or a mocked layout so that we have a clear idea of what is it that you want to do. Meanwhile, you can use the Global Blocks to create a section to display the Posts elements. You can then use the Global Block shortcodes in the Tab Contents elements.
