It looks like the x directory is existed. Please login to your FTP account and navigate to wp-content/themes to delete it then re-install the X theme zip file.
If it still doesn’t help, I’m ready to help you to install the X theme. Please provide us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
- Link to your site
- WordPress Admin username / password
- FTP credentials
