Thanks for posting in! It seems that you have a problem with Instashow and the images that is being used in the plugin. Please contact the creators of the plugin. They can answer your issue with a much better response as they are the once who are familiar with this plugin.
I have inspected the page and it seems the images is coming from instagram CDN and it is not loading.
The 403 Forbidden error is an HTTP status code that means that accessing the page or resource you were trying to reach is absolutely forbidden for some reason.
