Hi, we generally use Pro but there is an expanded demo we would like to use this time. If we purchase Pro, how can we get access to xtheme so we can install the expanded demo first?

You would need to have X for that.
It is not a standard recommendation from the company, but it does work.
You can use this X in a future project where you need less header customizations.
