Installing Pro V 5.1.5 after V6.0.0 -> now can't validate Pro Unlimited licence

Uploaded the V6.0.0 Pro theme (not realising it was beta), Added in my Pro Unlimited Licence key
Says Validated… But when hovering over “Cornerstone” in the Wordpress Dashboard… none of the normal Options are available (Header Builder, Footer Builder, Layout Builder etc.)

so… I deleted the V6.0.0 Pro theme, installed Pro 5.1.5
Replaced the existing installation
Re-entered the licence key… all good (when hovering over “Cornerstone” in the Wordpress Dashboard… Said Validated… all of the normal Options were are available (Header Builder, Footer Builder, Layout Builder etc.)).

But then it immediately says not validated… and none of the extensions are available…

In Summary…
I can’t install and validate Pro V5.1.5

(FYI… deactivated all plugins, cleared all cache browser and server etc)

Very strange… I tried many times, including deleting and re-uploading / activating the theme??

If something like this happens again, try revoking the validation and then re-validate again.
