My site is validated, but when I try to access Personify and when I try to install certain plugins like WP-Page Builder I receive errors. Can you please help me figure this out.

To access the Personify site template you need to go to the Cornerstone—>Click on the Plus icon—>Themeco —>Sites.
Or you can go to the page -->Themeco —>Max—>Launch Max —>Personify.
For the plugins, it seems that the plugin you tried to install was not installed properly, I would suggest you please use FTP or Cpanel and delete the plugin directory “js_composer” from “/wp-content/plugins/js_composer” and reinstall the plugin again. If it doesn’t work for you please share the admin FTP login details so we check it on our end.
