Installed X-theme update and my website crashed - how do I get it back?

I use X theme/cornerstone through wordpress. Never had a problem.
Today I updated to the new version of my theme (X), and my entire website has now gone bad. Gives an error “Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home3/chez/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/elements/helpers.php on line 162” on the pages.

What can I do to get this back asap? How could this have happened? It is a simple site with simple content.

Okay looks like I was able to fix it. I had to also run a separate update in plugins for Cornerstone. Sorry for the false alarm!
