Installed Crafty Template does not appear on website

Hello,

I need help with my Installation of the “Crafty” Template with Design Cloud. I clicked the “Install” - Button for many times today, sometimes nothing happens, only windmill circle in the button and the other times the button became green and said “installed”, but nothing happens on my website, still the previous site-setup.

I also tried the other site templates, with the same result. I only can install Presets, Footer, aso. In my “Stack” are the 4 standard Presets like Ethos,… to find.

How can i solve this Problem?

I did config the Server like this:
memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
max_allowed_packet = 16Mb
innodb_log_file_size = 128mb
allow_url_fopen = On

Thanks for writing in! Your settings are all good. There could be a fatal error or a plugin conflict. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Theme Update
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
