Installation error on fresh copy of Wordpress

Hi folks!

I am getting this error repeatedly. The site first crashed after I activated WooCommerce. Please help!

Hi Ahmed,

Thank you for writing in, it seems the error is coming from your leadin plugin, please deactivate that plugin.

Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to our Theme will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi there,

This was a fresh installation of Wordpress with nothing but Pro installed. The problem starts when I try and activate the plugins that come packaged with Pro.

Hi Ahmed,

The leadin plugin is not part of our bundled plugins and base on the error you posted above, the fatal error is caused by the leadin plugin. I suggest that you use FTP and locate this folder wp-content/plugins then rename the leadin folder to something else to deactivate the said plugin.

Hope that helps.
